Between delivering galleries, literally driving Christmas orders to clients, and drinking copious amounts of caffeine, I’m surprised I’m blogging  Jess and Elijah’s West Chester engagement session. But! I need to. I have to bring some happiness to this corner of the web, before I sink too deep into the COVID blues. Man, I guess we saw this coming— right? All I can say is buy those freakin’ gift cards people. Pennsylvania businesses can’t hold on much longer.

Anyway, enough about the trials of the world and onto this gorgeous portrait hour.

I am actually obsessed with both of these humans. Are their smiles not infectious? I was editing wondering why the heck my cheeks hurt and I realized anytime I came across a photo of Jess laughing or Elijah beaming at her (which was just about all of them), I smiled.

Actually, I’m smiling right now. And guys, I have RBF like nobody else. People in high school used to ask me if I was high all the time (and I never was!) because of how dead my eyes can be when I’m not trying. TMI. Oh well, you get my point. Just try to get through their images without smiling.

It doesn’t help the smile situation that I actually got to spend an evening with them watching them dance, laugh, sing, and eventually watched Elijah fall over trying to twerk. Yes, if you hire me, I will make your future husband twerk. I’m not sure if that’s a plus or minus but it certainly works!

I am so so excited for their Farm Bakery and Events wedding up in Quakertown— it’s basically been a dream of mine to shoot there and even though we all have to wait until JULY, thanks to COVID, I’m so excited I could die happy just thinking about it.
