My husband and I did everything backwards.
On Christmas Eve, Peyton got down on one knee—our newborn asleep in my arms, boxes still unpacked from our first home, and a brand new puppy somehow in the mix. It wasn’t polished or perfectly timed, but it was ours. So of course, I said yes.
Shortly after Peyton proposed, our grandfather became ill. Suddenly, the idea of finding the perfect venue, the perfect DJ, the perfect anything didn’t matter. What mattered was time—and the people we loved most.
So, we planned a wedding for 180 Irish kin in six months, with no budget to speak of—and it ended up being everything it needed to be. Not because it was perfect, but because it was us.
That’s the kind of love story I care about. Not the version you think it has to be—but the one that feels right.

What does your photography experience feel like?
My approach is calm, guided, and intentional. I’ll give direction when it helps, step back when it doesn’t, and create space for real moments to unfold naturally. Most clients tell me it feels more like being with someone who understands their rhythm than being “posed” for photos.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
Almost everyone starts this way—it’s completely normal. You don’t need to know how to pose or perform. I’ll guide you in a way that feels natural and easy so you can focus on each other, not the camera. The best images always come from real connection, not perfection.
How far in advance should we book?
Weddings and portrait sessions tend to book out in advance, especially during peak seasons. If you’re considering a date, it’s best to reach out early so I can make sure I’m available and we can plan your experience properly without feeling rushed.
