Last year, I met one of my favorite, absolutely gorgeous in all the ways couples I have ever worked with. Their wedding is still the most favorited that I have ever shot— not because it was extravagant, but exactly because it wasn’t.

Everything about Anthony & Rachael’s elopement blew me away. From the mindbending and completely unrealistically quick pull together of the entire event, to Rachael’s dress, to Anthony’s (BLUE!) suit, to the absolutely amazing family these two joined together underneath a brilliantly clear sky outside of City Hall in Philadelphia, everything about their last minute ceremony was stellar.

Rachael stringently incorporated the tradition of the something old, something borrowed, something blue, and something new into her wedding ensemble: blue heels (and Converse), her Rent The Runway dress, her grandmother’s mink coat, and of course, a very tiny surprise on the way.
