A beautiful baby boy portrait session on the best morning ever. Be still my heart with this one folks! Milestone sessions give me the most joy. I remember like it was only days ago meeting this awesome family a few weeks after they brought baby Owen home. He was teeny tiny with the wildest hair. Now, he’s basically a big boy!

His mama and daddy, Amy and Nick, aren’t cake people— but they are pie people! So, in honor of that, we skipped the cake smash and went full on with a pie….tasting? I am going to need Owen to come over to our house and teach my son some manners, since he ate his pie with a fork and all!

Amy went wild with this cake smash set up— perhaps my favorite one to date because of the crazy creative brains behind it. I mean, she cut down part of a tree. There is no length that a mama won’t go for her bay boy! Take a look & leave them some love!
